Every piece that leaves 20CARATS comes with a Certificate of Guarantee confirming the client's details, the product description and the diamond's certificate number - GIA or IGI, depending on the piece. This is the sole basis on which 20CARATS verifies a product's origin and honors future exchange, return and warranty benefits.

• Client details - full name, address, phone number

• Certificate type (GIA or IGI) and corresponding number

• Signature of confirmation at the time of receipt

• Product description and product code

• Total product value - in figures and in words

2/ Care Notes:

To fully protect your exchange benefits, please keep the Certificate of Guarantee and the product in their original condition.

If documents are lost or the product shows signs of wear, 20CARATS will assist with inspection and handling at minimal cost.

At the time of receipt, clients are asked to confirm that the girdle inscription has been checked and that the diamond is intact - free of chips or scratches.
