What is the product warranty policy?
Every piece that leaves 20Carats comes with a Certificate of Guarantee stating the client's details, the product description and the diamond's certificate number (GIA or IGI). This is the sole basis on which 20Carats verifies origin and honors future warranty, exchange and return benefits.
