Frequently asked questions

How is accumulated value calculated?

It is the total amount actually paid across invoices within a continuous 12-month cycle, starting from the date of the first invoice.

When will I be upgraded?

As soon as your total accumulated spend within the cycle reaches the next tier's threshold. New benefits apply from your following invoice.

How long is a membership tier valid?

Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date it is reached. At the end of that period, 20Carats will review your tier based on your accumulated spend over the previous 12 months.

What are the conditions to maintain a tier?

Private requires VND 500 million, Prestige VND 1 billion and Heritage VND 2 billion in accumulated spend within 12 months. Otherwise, your tier is adjusted to your actual spend, with advance notice from our advisors.

Can the benefits be combined with other promotions?

Member benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise announced. The first-purchase offer applies once per client. 20Carats reserves the right to adjust the program terms and will notify clients in advance.
